Product Owner, Agentic AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete development process for our AI platform and customer interactions, from the initial roadmap to the final rollout.

• Collaborate with engineers to create prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails—ensuring a balance between latency, cost, and accuracy.

• Act as the technical liaison between engineering teams and the wider organization, promoting AI best practices and establishing platform standards.

• Foster systematic enhancements in response quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates through thorough experimentation.

• Collaborate with partners at OpenAI to assess and implement the next generation of voice models and workflow automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical position such as forward deployed engineering, technical product management, or a similar role within a fast-paced startup environment.

• A strong passion and curiosity for AI systems, including modern LLMs, among others.

• Proven experience in transforming complex, strategic concepts into scalable, production-ready products.

• Proficient in SQL and able to analyze data independently to answer questions and validate hypotheses.

• Comfortable engaging in technical discussions regarding API design and system architecture, and adept at translating complex ideas for any audience.
