Agile Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and ensure the operational integrity of business systems.

• Serve as the intermediary between various departments regarding business system operations, upgrades, and maintenance.

• Manage and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for business system upgrades in accordance with Agile methodology.

• Address tickets generated from the KACE System, documenting issues and solutions within the KACE System.

• Assist in the design, implementation, and upkeep of business systems' functional architecture, detailed system design, configuration, or program specifications to achieve IT system results that align with user and organizational requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma/GED with three (3) years of experience in application environments, including practical experience in monitoring system operations.

• Certification is required. Relevant certification(s) may be substituted for equivalent degree and experience.

• OR an Associate’s degree along with at least one (1) year of experience in application environments, featuring hands-on monitoring of system operations.

• Certification is required. Relevant certification(s) may be substituted for equivalent degree and experience.

• OR a combination of education and experience equivalent to the above.

• High School/GED and Two-Year degrees necessitate certification.

• A valid driver’s license is mandatory.

• Candidates must reside within the United States.

• Willingness to travel within the designated area as required.

• Preferred: Experience in a distributed computing environment and support for a complex integrated software suite, along with training or experience in using email, Windows, and Microsoft Office.

• Proficient in writing and executing SQL statements, with the capability to navigate database structures and schemas.

• Preferred certifications include Microsoft application certifications such as MTA, MCSA, MCSD, or equivalent.
