This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Develop and take ownership of the integrated AI messaging framework that spans Marketing, VoC, and Service product lines.
• Define the positioning of Sprinklr's AI capabilities as platform-wide differentiators rather than mere product features.
• Craft a unified "AI-first platform" narrative that appeals to both technical buyers (AI Architects, CTOs, Platform teams) and business buyers (CMOs, CX leaders, VoC leaders).
• Ensure a consistent AI messaging strategy across all Sprinklr touchpoints, including the website, sales presentations, thought leadership content, analyst briefings, and customer communications.
• Continuously refine AI positioning in response to market changes, monitoring advancements in agentic AI, LLMs, conversational AI, and enterprise AI adoption.
• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing leads for Sprinklr Service, Marketing, and VoC to guarantee the integration of AI messaging into each suite's positioning and go-to-market strategy.
• Identify areas where AI can generate cross-suite value, such as AI Agents that function across Service and Marketing, and unified data models that enhance VoC and Service insights.
• Develop cross-product use cases that showcase the advantages of Sprinklr's unified AI platform compared to isolated solutions.
• Serve as the linking component between suite-level PMMs, ensuring consistency in the AI narrative while honoring the unique positioning of each suite.
• Contribute to programmatic sales initiatives that leverage AI as a key differentiator or entry point across various suites.
• Assist in the go-to-market strategy for AI-specific launches in partnership with suite PMMs.
• Create AI-specific launch narratives, positioning frameworks, and competitive differentiation strategies for new product introductions.
• Develop AI-driven sales plays that empower field teams to emphasize AI as a platform differentiator.
• Collaborate with Outbound Product Marketing teams to ensure effective communication and adoption of AI messaging in regional markets.
• Establish Sprinklr's authoritative voice on enterprise AI and agentic AI in customer experience through impactful content such as POVs, whitepapers, blogs, and webinar briefs.
• Monitor and evaluate the competitive AI landscape—assessing how industry leaders and competitors position their AI capabilities, identifying Sprinklr's differentiators, and adjusting Sprinklr's positioning proactively in response to macro AI trends.
• Support analyst relations for AI-specific briefings and research with organizations such as Gartner, Forrester, and IDC.
• Create content tailored for C-level and technical audiences that showcases Sprinklr's leadership in AI innovation.
• Develop AI-centric collateral including battle cards, competitive positioning documents, demo scripts, use case documentation, and ROI frameworks.
• Produce L1-L3 AI enablement content—executive-level narratives for C-suite discussions and technical deep dives for AI Architects and platform evaluators.
• Own the AI-specific website messaging strategy, ensuring that platform AI capabilities are prominently and attractively represented.
• Build demo libraries that illustrate the functionality of AI Agents and Copilots in various Marketing, VoC, and Service scenarios.
• 5 – 8 years of experience in Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, or a closely related field, with a strong emphasis on AI, ML, or AI-native SaaS platforms.
• Background in AI—possessing a deep understanding of contemporary AI architectures and the ability to translate them into narratives for the market.
• Experience in B2B SaaS—previously marketed enterprise SaaS products, preferably in CX, marketing technology, or AI-enabled platforms.
• Strong collaboration skills—comfortable working alongside multiple Product Marketing Managers/leads and aligning on common narratives without formal authority.
• Exceptional storytelling abilities—capable of making intricate AI concepts accessible and engaging for both technical and business audiences.
• Analytical and data-driven—utilizes market research, competitive intelligence, and win/loss data to guide positioning decisions.
• Proficient in agentic frameworks, with the ability to leverage them to automate workflows and enhance team efficiency.
