This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create unique messaging for thermal control systems related to AI products (such as GPUs, ASICs, AI accelerators, SoCs, CPO, and pluggable transceivers).
• Clearly communicate the value regarding performance, power efficiency, and thermal design aspects.
• Transform intricate concepts like optical transceiver laser thermal control, AI server and GPU cooling, rack density, cooling needs, and energy efficiency into impactful narratives for customers.
• Oversee the introduction of silicon and AI platform solutions that are optimized for high-density, thermally limited environments.
• Formulate go-to-market strategies that emphasize performance-per-watt, cooling efficiency, and infrastructure readiness.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to position offerings linked to data center scalability and sustainability.
• Examine trends in AI infrastructure, high-performance computing (HPC), and data center thermal management.
• Monitor competitive strategies regarding liquid cooling, immersion cooling, advanced air cooling, and energy-efficient architectures.
• Generate insights into how competitors tackle challenges related to heat density, power consumption, and scaling AI clusters.
• Provide sales teams with materials that clarify thermal trade-offs, rack-level limitations, and cooling requirements.
• Develop tools to convey total cost of ownership (TCO), power usage effectiveness (PUE), and data center operational efficiency.
• Work in partnership with ecosystem stakeholders including data center operators, cloud service providers, and cooling and infrastructure vendors (e.g., liquid cooling solutions).
• Produce content addressing AI infrastructure challenges, encompassing power delivery, cooling, and scaling constraints.
• Author whitepapers and technical briefs on the thermal demands of AI workloads, cooling technologies (such as liquid cooling, immersion, and direct-to-chip), and sustainable AI infrastructure.
• Represent the organization in dialogues concerning AI data center design and efficiency trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is required (MBA is a plus).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or product management in:
• Semiconductors
• AI/ML platforms
• Data center infrastructure
• Strong comprehension of AI workloads (training vs. inference), compute architectures (GPU/CPU/ASIC), and power and thermal constraints in high-performance systems.
• Capability to translate technical subjects like heat dissipation, cooling architectures, and energy efficiency into business value.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
• Preferred experience with AI data center infrastructure, hyperscale environments, or HPC systems.
• Knowledge of thermal management and cooling technologies.
