This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Lead and supervise a team of senior associates and associates within the Banking/Investing sector, enhancing team performance, productivity, and compliance with KPIs, while identifying training needs and fostering skill development within the team.
• Oversee comprehensive project execution within the Banking/Investing field while conducting research.
• Ensure the prompt delivery of high-caliber research outputs.
• Cultivate and share subject matter expertise with team members to assist them in navigating intricate projects and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for domain-specific inquiries.
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members, and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions focused on Banking/Investing metrics.
• Develop and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and maintain knowledge repositories.
• Collaborate with analysts to comprehend requirements and align on expected deliverables.
• Provide regular updates regarding progress, challenges, and critical insights.
• Track and assess team performance metrics, offering regular feedback to members for improvement, ensuring timely project completion with high accuracy (target: ≥97%).
• Proactively handle escalations and resolve delivery obstacles.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the team, identifying opportunities to enhance workflows and optimize processes.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, business, investing, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in the Banking/Investing sector.
• Prior experience in team leadership and people management, showcasing the ability to provide clear guidance, consistent feedback, equitable recognition, conflict resolution, and development support to team members.
• Strong knowledge of financial products (banking, investments, crypto, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in process improvement and engaging with data/research-driven projects.
• Day off on the 3rd Friday of every month (one long weekend each month).
