This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Exemplifies best practices for all members of the GTM function throughout all planning and execution phases.
• Acts as a subject matter expert on security products for other GTM function members.
• Ensures that policies, practices, and procedures are comprehended and adhered to by team members, partners, customers, and stakeholders.
• Creates cohesive product positioning and messaging that sets our products apart in the marketplace.
• Develops and conveys ideal customer profiles and value propositions for our products, along with the tools that aid the sales process.
• Oversees the launch and release of security products while managing cross-functional execution.
• Evaluates internal processes for efficiency and validity before and after product launches.
• Acts as a resource for customer-facing release webinars, analyst research, briefings, and other market-oriented engagements.
• Understands the market landscape and collaborates with the competitive intelligence team to generate actionable insights regarding market opportunities and threats.
• Aids in communication, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives to stimulate product demand.
• Develops and oversees positioning and messaging strategies for product expansion.
• Engages in the continuous enhancement of team processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
• Over 4 years of relevant experience (product marketing or significantly outbound product management).
• Proven track record of successfully launching security products in the SMB or Enterprise markets.
• Strong background in marketing security products to businesses, enterprises, and government agencies.
• Exceptional customer service abilities and indirect leadership skills.
• Willingness to collaborate in a team environment while being self-motivated.
• Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to develop and implement GTM plans.
• Professional demeanor suitable for interactions in meetings, whether in-person or via email, as well as at both internal and external events.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including blogging and collateral creation.
• Proven ability to create visuals, present ideas, and communicate with audiences across both business and technical domains.
• Demonstrated success in leveraging AI tools and systems to identify best practices for content, analyze the market landscape, and refine messaging.
