
Product Marketing Manager – Informed Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Create positioning, messaging frameworks, value propositions, and launch strategies for designated product areas.
• Facilitate cross-departmental coordination for quarterly product launches and tiered updates.
• Design and oversee webinars, newsletters, in-product communications, onboarding resources, and campaign materials that aid customers in understanding, adopting, and appreciating the value of Informed Design.
• Generate a substantial volume of assets for both customers and internal use, including communication briefs, demo scripts, presentations, landing pages, blog entries, webinars, video scripts, customer testimonials, training resources, and product narratives that convert technical workflows into clear customer value.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, competitive insights, market trends, and usage statistics to guide messaging, launch priorities, adoption initiatives, and product strategy.
• Develop practical enablement and training resources that assist Sales, Customer Success, Adoption, and Partner teams in articulating Informed Design, pinpointing relevant use cases, and clearly conveying value.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Adoption, and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging, launch execution, customer training, and field preparedness.
• Participate in the strategy and planning for Autodesk and industry events, including demo scenarios, booth representation, customer-facing materials, and session content.
• Work in partnership with the product marketing team to enhance templates, content libraries, launch processes, and scalable operational methods.
• Minimum of 4 years of pertinent experience in product marketing, technical marketing, solutions marketing, or a similar B2B SaaS role.
• Familiarity with design, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or other technical workflow tools is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in developing positioning, messaging, launch plans, customer-facing content, and sales enablement resources for technical products or intricate workflows.
• Demonstrated capability to lead product or feature launches, manage complex cross-functional initiatives, and oversee projects from planning to execution.
• Ability to clearly communicate the value of technical products to customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in marketing to technical audiences, customizing messaging for various personas, use cases, and customer journey stages.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Adoption, Marketing, and other stakeholders in complex cross-functional environments.
• Strong technical curiosity about products, evidenced by effective positioning, messaging, and customer enablement.
• Proven quantitative analytical capabilities to evaluate campaign performance, lifecycle metrics, customer feedback, and product usage signals for data-driven recommendations.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with AI-driven productivity tools and workflows that enhance research, content creation, and operational efficiency is a plus.
