This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of the primary revenue source: trading commissions from Launchpad tokens
β’ Enhance trading volume
β’ Develop and refine the core cycle: token creation β audience expansion β engagement β trading β revenue
β’ Drive user acquisition on both sides of the ecosystem: creators (token issuers, content-focused users) and participants (traders, followers, communities)
β’ Scale various channels: KOLs, affiliates, communities, partnerships, both paid and organic
β’ Establish growth loops and viral mechanisms to facilitate organic growth
β’ Lead the go-to-market strategy for Launchpad and significant token launches
β’ Create high-conversion launch strategies (early access, discovery, social hype, incentives)
β’ Ensure each launch achieves maximum visibility, participation, and trading activity
β’ Identify drop-off points and enhance conversion rates across all stages
β’ Transform user engagement into quantifiable trading actions
β’ Define and advance the positioning of Launchpad as a content-driven token growth platform
β’ Simplify complex mechanics into clear, persuasive, and high-converting messaging
β’ Maintain consistency across all user interactions
β’ Over 3 years of experience in product marketing, growth, or go-to-market positions
β’ Background in crypto, trading, or fintech
β’ Strong grasp of user behavior, funnels, and growth strategies
β’ Capability to merge creativity (campaigns, messaging) with data (metrics, experiments)
β’ Familiarity with creator ecosystems, marketplaces, or community-oriented products is an advantage
