• Content Programs: Take charge of the entire content roadmap, including customer testimonials, case studies, written guides, and video content. You will source the stories, craft the narrative, and produce the final asset. This is a hands-on role where you will deliver results directly.
• Product Launches: Lead end-to-end go-to-market launches for new features, encompassing positioning, messaging, launch materials, and internal enablement to ensure every release is executed with clarity and momentum.
• Sales Enablement: Convert intricate technical concepts regarding tenant clusters, Tenant Isolation, and AI infrastructure into battle cards, one-pagers, and pitch narratives that enhance the effectiveness of the sales team in the field.
• Ecosystem & Industry Marketing: Collaborate with our ecosystem lead to formulate a content strategy for industry panels, partner spotlights, and events, ensuring vCluster Labs presents a unique and consistent perspective.
• Messaging & Positioning: Act as the custodian of our messaging framework. Guarantee that every content asset—irrespective of the channel or author—reflects our brand, aligns with current business priorities, and resonates with the appropriate buyer at the right stage.
• Depth in Messaging and Positioning: You have created or updated a messaging framework from the ground up and can substantiate positioning decisions with market data and customer insights, rather than relying solely on intuition.
• Experience in Go-to-Market Launches: You have managed launches from start to finish—from product brief to post-launch review—and understand what is required to generate external visibility in a competitive infrastructure market.
• A Portfolio that Demonstrates Your Work: Your portfolio includes blogs, long-form guides, customer stories, video scripts, and social media content that is accessible, high-quality, and appeals to a technical audience while also engaging business buyers.
• Proficiency in Sales Enablement: You have collaborated directly with sales teams to translate technical details into clear buying propositions. You understand the impact of an effective battle card on a representative during live deals.
• Experience During the Builder Phase: You have been part of a company before the playbook was established and excelled in that environment. You are adept at prioritizing effectively and producing outputs that exceed expectations given your team’s size.
• Bonus Points for AI Infrastructure Background: Experience with or at AI Cloud providers, GPU infrastructure companies, or enterprise AI platform teams is a plus. You comprehend the purchasing dynamics and terminology that enterprise AI factory builders bring to negotiations.
• Fluency with Developer and Platform Communities: You have experience marketing to platform engineering, DevOps, or Kubernetes-native audiences and understand the process of building trust within open-source ecosystems.
• Team-Building Mindset: You have considered how to scale a content and PMM function and have insights on the timing and strategy for bringing in the next hire.
