• Cultivate a thorough and ongoing understanding of customers, partners, and the wider market through engagement, research, and data analysis.
• Recognize unmet and emerging customer demands and convert these into commercial prospects — enhanced positioning, new packaging, clearer messaging, or alternative market routes.
• Serve as the voice of the customer in commercial and marketing discussions, ensuring insights shape our communication, packaging, and sales strategies for our products.
• Routinely share customer and market intelligence throughout the organization, assisting teams in staying attuned to customer values and market trends.
• Establish and uphold clear positioning, messaging, and value propositions across the entire product portfolio.
• Transform product features and innovations into persuasive, outcome-focused customer narratives.
• Guarantee consistency and clarity of product narratives across all customer-facing channels and internal resources.
• Oversee messaging, collateral, and go-to-market initiatives for product launches, updates, and key campaigns.
• Define, brief, and manage essential product marketing assets — including product pages, launch briefs, sales enablement materials, and product summaries.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that launches are both commercially and operationally prepared.
• Influence product pricing, packaging, and commercial strategies in collaboration with product and commercial leadership.
• Assess suitable fulfillment models for new offerings, incorporating sales-assisted methods and automated or marketing-led fulfillment.
• Discover opportunities to enhance adoption, branch into adjacent use cases, and increase revenue across the portfolio — including assessing where our core competencies can facilitate product or market expansion.
• Grasp key customer journeys through awareness, evaluation, onboarding, and adoption phases.
• Identify friction points and prospects for enhancing conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Create content and programs that enable customers to realize value rapidly and comprehensively.
• Establish and maintain structured feedback mechanisms — such as webinars, customer communities, and advisory groups — that yield ongoing commercial and market insights.
• Shape the representation of products across websites, campaigns, content, and events.
• Keep track of market trends, competitors, and customer sentiment to guide positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Proven experience in a product marketing, go-to-market, or commercial strategy role, preferably within software, SaaS, or digital products.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to transform product details into clear, engaging customer language.
• Proven capability to comprehend customer needs and translate them into enhanced positioning, messaging, and commercial results.
• Experience in shaping or supporting decisions regarding product pricing, packaging, or commercial launches.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities across product, sales, and marketing teams.
• Proficient in managing multiple products, target audiences, and priorities.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to integrate qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools in daily tasks and able to present AI-driven features effectively to customers.
• Contribute to creating meaningful impact in schools, enhancing outcomes for students across the nation.
