This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Conduct market analysis alongside 4Ps members and other support staff to uncover insights regarding consumer needs, behaviors, and trends, as well as market sizing.
• Perform competitive research in collaboration with 4Ps members and other supporting staff to identify product features, market opportunities, pricing strategies, and competitor strengths/weaknesses.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on product performance, including an analysis of factors contributing to success or failure, with a particular focus on the new customer acquisition funnel.
• Support stakeholders and executives in developing annual product performance forecasts using reliable data practices, historical insights, and relevant tools and personnel.
• Aid resource managers and others in evaluating marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to inform future marketing strategies.
• When necessary, plan, organize, and execute or supervise various audience feedback mechanisms, including but not limited to focus groups, surveys, site evaluations, and polls.
• Collaborate with all Marketing leaders and resource managers to ensure that ancillary channel strategies, campaigns, and initiatives effectively support overall product objectives.
• Both coordinate and actively contribute to a premier Community of Practice for PMMs, focusing on setting and achieving role-based goals that align with department and company objectives, sharing best practices, findings, and successful initiatives that could benefit other products, and ensuring alignment across the 4Ps team, the broader Marketing team, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Advocate for the customer and enhance the customer experience by gaining firsthand knowledge and listening to the voice of the customer through Product Leads and other support staff, including CSR and Partnerships team members.
• Oversee and personally facilitate an effective and seamless transition of new products from the New Product Development team to the Marketing team, assisting resource managers as needed.
• Personally develop and professionally present Initiative Success Plans (ISPs) that detail the resource needs, expected returns, metrics, business case, supporting staff, etc., while also providing feedback on ISPs created by others, including fellow 4P strategic team members, resource managers, and support staff.
• Offer insights, feedback, and suggestions to the VP of Marketing, Resource Managers, and other Marketing department leaders regarding resource challenges, planning, prioritization, budgeting, and operations, and be prepared to perform additional duties as requested or assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in a marketing and/or project management position.
• Comprehensive understanding of marketing components, unique characteristics, limitations, and opportunities across various marketing channels, with a specific emphasis on digital marketing (Content, Paid Media, SEO, Social Media, Email/SMS, etc.) and market research techniques.
• Ability to define and quantify strategic objectives, analyze and present growth ideas and initiatives based on thorough data analysis, and think strategically while translating that thinking into tactical initiatives consistently.
• Strong grasp of consumer behavior, purchasing psychology, user experience flows, data analysis, and other areas that contribute to the development of essential initiatives leading to product success.
• Proven ability to communicate ideas effectively in both written and verbal formats.
• Demonstrated capability to consistently achieve alignment and buy-in, ensuring that marketing channel strategies support product goals and that relevant parties are informed about how specific initiatives, updates, and outcomes will affect them.
• Act as a champion for the organization’s brand and the reputation of each assigned product, providing constructive feedback to supporting teams when assets or outcomes do not align with established brand standards, values, and messaging.
• Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, self-prioritize, and assist others in prioritizing their work in support of assigned products and brands.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, Marketing Automation tools (email, web CMS, etc.), and Analytics Platforms (Google Analytics, Social tools, PowerBI, Looker Studio, etc.).
