This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Perform in-depth and consistent market analysis to gain insights into industry trends, customer requirements, and the competitive environment.
• Conduct research on users and buyers to create personas and define ideal customer profiles.
• Act as the guardian of product messaging, converting technical product specifications into accessible external communications.
• Develop messaging frameworks tailored for various personas and use cases.
• Manage the complete go-to-market (GTM) process for product launches, which includes coordinating cross-functional launch plans, creating launch materials, and promoting awareness and adoption post-launch.
• Collaborate with our digital team to enhance the funnel for high-volume sales, identifying friction points, boosting conversion rates, and supporting scalable customer acquisition.
• Oversee the production of engaging internal and external materials, such as battlecards, product factsheets, sales presentations and scripts, blog posts, and social media content.
• Work alongside Product, Academy, and Industry Consulting teams to enhance the onboarding process, ensuring that customers grasp and engage with our comprehensive product offerings from the outset.
• Create content that fosters product adoption and enhances engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Leverage customer feedback and behavioral data to pinpoint gaps in the onboarding journey and suggest enhancements.
• Monitor campaign performance, product adoption, and customer engagement, utilizing tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Amplitude.
• Provide reports on key metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize the product content strategy.
• Must be a permanent resident and authorized to work in Germany, France, or the United Kingdom.
• Demonstrated success in agile, fully remote, international settings with a strong ability for cross-cultural communication.
• Outstanding English writing and editing skills, capable of producing clear and engaging messaging.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management abilities; you will be juggling multiple work streams at once.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, and AI tools such as Claude and Gemini.
• Strong research capabilities with the talent to synthesize customer, market, and competitive insights.
• An analytical mindset towards messaging and asset creation: comfortable using both quantitative and qualitative data to discern what is effective and where opportunities lie.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• A growth mindset, proactive demeanor, and a genuine sense of curiosity.
