This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform comprehensive market analysis to identify target demographics, grasp their requirements, and evaluate competitive frameworks.
• Craft persuasive product positioning and messaging that connects with our target audience.
• Develop clear and succinct value propositions.
• Formulate and implement extensive go-to-market strategies, encompassing product launches, pricing, promotions, and distribution channels.
• Plan and carry out successful product launches in close collaboration with sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
• Generate high-quality marketing materials, including product briefs, presentations, case studies, and blog articles.
• Provide the sales team with essential tools, training, and resources to effectively market our solutions.
• Collect customer feedback and insights to guide marketing strategies.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B/SaaS marketing (experience in HR technology is advantageous).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to function independently as well as part of a team.
• Exceptional project and time management abilities; self-driven.
• Eager to learn about a diverse range of solutions, customer profiles, and target markets.
