This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of product marketing strategies, positioning, and messaging for designated products and services, utilizing AI and analytics to guide decision-making.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer-facing teams to ensure messaging aligns with customer requirements, market dynamics, and business goals.
• Aid in crafting value propositions, messaging frameworks, and competitive differentiation, applying AI-assisted research and synthesis where applicable.
• Support the creation of customer-facing content—including website text, landing pages, in-app notifications, and product communications—leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency, consistency, and quality.
• Assist Sales and Customer-facing teams by developing enablement materials, training content, and buyer insights, integrating AI-driven analysis of customer behavior and feedback.
• Engage in the planning and execution of marketing efforts like campaigns, webinars, product updates, and launches, experimenting with AI to enhance reach and engagement.
• Evaluate market data, customer feedback, and product performance using both traditional techniques and AI-enabled insights to generate recommendations.
• Work collaboratively across functions to support synchronized, scalable, and data-informed product launches.
• A background in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Payments is essential.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a similar role is necessary.
• Familiarity with supporting SaaS or technology-driven products, preferably within AI-enabled platforms.
• Experience in contributing to go-to-market strategies or product launches.
• Proven ability to utilize AI tools to improve research, content creation, analysis, or workflow efficiency.
• Experience in developing messaging, sales enablement materials, or customer-facing content is required.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
