This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop effective product messaging that illustrates how Vendelux enhances pipeline, efficiency, and ROI for sales leaders, marketers, and event teams.
• Produce content that facilitates onboarding and adoption, such as guides, one-pagers, webinars, and user-friendly explanations of new features.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to create playbooks, campaigns, and resources that drive usage and support upselling and cross-selling efforts.
• Assist Sales and SDRs by providing decks, talk tracks, competitive insights, and customer stories that reinforce positioning and enhance win rates.
• Participate in customer calls to grasp pain points, refine messaging, and uncover opportunities for increased adoption.
• Spearhead product launch communications, managing internal enablement and external announcements that assist customers in understanding and utilizing new capabilities.
• Produce ongoing thought leadership and product content for publication on LinkedIn and the company blog.
• Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about the event technology landscape.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in product marketing or customer marketing.
• Background in a Series A, B, or C startup environment.
• Excellent writing skills with the capability to simplify complex concepts.
• Comfortable presenting to customers and prospects while becoming an expert in event marketing challenges.
• Proven experience working collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
• Action-oriented with a focus on results, adoption, and revenue impact.
• 80/20 mindset, able to act promptly without fixating on perfection.
• Preferred: Experience engaging with or selling to marketers or event professionals.
• Knowledge of the events industry is a plus.
