This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Formulate clear and persuasive value propositions derived from product positioning.
• Transform intricate clinical research capabilities into messaging focused on customer needs.
• Ensure uniform product messaging across marketing and sales platforms.
• Collaborate with Product Management to lead the marketing planning, coordination, and execution of launches that align with the product roadmap.
• Create marketing and sales materials to support go-to-market strategies for new features and solutions.
• Develop tools and assets to facilitate the sales process (such as pitch decks, battlecards, and one-pagers).
• Educate sales teams on product messaging and positioning.
• Carry out competitive analysis to maintain an updated perspective on how Zelta’s CDMS platform functionality stacks up against competing solutions.
• Collect customer insights regarding product usage to enhance positioning and messaging.
• Compile repositories of product usage data, testimonials, and customer feedback, including key statistics and quotes for use in marketing and sales materials.
• Manage all analyst activities and upcoming industry reports.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to formulate a program for customer and partner marketing, detailing options for co-marketing and project plans.
• Take charge of coordination and assist in content development (e.g., case studies) for customer and partner marketing initiatives.
• Develop an editorial calendar for press releases and newsroom updates related to product launches and customer usage, in partnership with the Marketing Lead and communications team.
• Provide support for ad hoc reporting to maintain visibility into campaign and overall marketing performance.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in product marketing or a related field (preferably in B2B SaaS or health tech).
• Proven experience collaborating with Product and Sales teams.
• Proficient in simplifying complex technical concepts into clear and engaging narratives in various formats (e.g., case studies, product one-pagers, landing pages, etc.).
• Experience in supporting product launches and managing a product roadmap schedule.
• Capable of standardizing processes and overseeing execution across multiple workstreams.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; a graduate degree (MBA or similar) is preferred.
