πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ The CRM Product Specialist is a new-business hunter with quota responsibilities, dedicated to acquiring net new logos across DP360's Commercial Truck, Marine, Equipment, and Recreational vertical markets.

β€’ This role encompasses the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline development, discovery, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing deals β€” promoting DP360's operational software suite that features CRM and Conversational AI solutions to dealership groups and operators.

β€’ Collaborating closely with SDR support, channel and referral partnerships, as well as self-generated outbound efforts, the Product Specialist is accountable for driving revenue growth within their designated territory.

β€’ This is a high-impact, individual contributor position designed after the best practices of leading SaaS acquisition models seen in large enterprise SaaS organizations β€” tailored for representatives who excel in complex, consultative sales settings and are motivated by establishing new customer relationships.

β€’ Implement a balanced prospecting strategy that includes self-sourced outbound efforts, SDR qualified inbound opportunities, and leads from channel/referral sources.

β€’ Maintain a minimum pipeline coverage ratio of 3x against quota at all times.

β€’ Create territory and account-level prospecting strategies that focus on the Commercial (powersports, RV, marine, construction equipment) and Recreational sectors.

β€’ Utilize referral networks within the broader Trader Interactive ecosystem to uncover cross-sell and co-sell opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 3–5+ years of experience in quota-carrying SaaS sales in a full-cycle Account Executive or similar role.

β€’ Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas at or above 100%.

β€’ Experience in selling operational or vertical SaaS solutions to SMB and mid-market clients with ACVs ranging from $15K to $75K.

β€’ Strong proficiency in consultative selling methodologies, such as Challenger or equivalent approaches.

β€’ Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting while also effectively managing inbound and partner-referred leads.

β€’ Exceptional skills in discovery, presentation, and negotiation, with a comfort level in engaging C-suite executives and ownership-level buyers.

β€’ Data-driven and CRM-oriented β€” experience with maintaining an accurate pipeline in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

β€’ Bonus Points: Experience selling to automotive, powersports, RV, marine, or equipment dealership sectors.

β€’ Familiarity with CRM systems, dealership management systems (DMS), or Conversational AI/messaging solutions.

β€’ Background in selling within a SaaS portfolio (e.g., Coupa, Anaplan, DealerSocket, VinSolutions, vAuto).
