This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Growth, and Marketing teams to develop and enhance the data infrastructure that supports Marketing at R2.
• Take ownership of the complete marketing data layer, encompassing ingestion, dashboards, and operational execution.
• Connect and manage marketing data sources (Customer.io, Snowflake, partner files, APIs), ensuring data is fresh, accurate, and reliable.
• Create near-real-time attribution dashboards that link campaigns to applications and originations.
• Design and oversee reporting systems using tools like Looker, Tableau, Metabase, or other similar BI platforms.
• Enable the real-time detection of underperformance and anomalies across partners and campaigns.
• Manage manual operational workflows during automation efforts, including generating and uploading CSV datasets, uploading offer campaigns into our Backoffice, extracting complex ad hoc reports, and ensuring correct segmentation in Customer.io.
• Support marketing experimentation by analyzing performance across various segments (amount, risk tier, geography, partner) and providing structured inputs for A/B tests, cadence adjustments, and campaign extensions.
• Work with APIs and automation tools to enhance integration between Snowflake, Customer.io, and external partner systems.
• Continuously work to remove manual bottlenecks and aim for fully automated marketing operational workflows.
• Be responsible for creating a real-time observability dashboard that illustrates how Marketing drives originations at R2.
• Over 5 years of experience in Marketing Ops, Marketing Growth Analytics, Marketing Data Analytics, or related roles.
• Proficient in advanced SQL (Snowflake is highly preferred).
• Extensive experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Metabase, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets / Excel.
• Experience with CRM and MarTech tools (familiarity with Customer.io is a significant advantage).
• Comfortable working with APIs and structured data flows.
• Possess a strong operational mindset, capable of both building systems and executing manual processes when necessary.
• Proven track record of turning raw data into actionable insights that inform growth decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
• Excellent fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• A motivated self-starter with a proactive approach who excels in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Prior experience in fintech, particularly within the Latin American market.
• Experience in embedded finance or partner-driven ecosystems.
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and attribution modeling.
• Experience in high data-volume environments.
