Product Manager – Senior, Staff, Principal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for the discovery, prioritization, and delivery in a key area of Monarch's product portfolio.

• Assume full responsibility from recognizing the opportunity to shipping and iterating in the marketplace.

• Oversee a broad and interconnected surface area while maintaining focus.

• Utilize quantitative data, qualitative research, and customer insights to inform your decisions.

• Communicate effectively in a clear, concise, and proactive manner across engineering, design, go-to-market strategies, and leadership teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with a proven history of successfully launching products.

• Strong technical proficiency.

• Familiarity with financial data or data platform products is a significant advantage.

• Experience in fintech, personal finance, or other consumer domains that require trust is a plus.

• Background in an organization recognized for excellent product craftsmanship and rapid execution is preferred.

• Experience in an early-stage or scaling startup where you played an active role in building is a plus.
