This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develops and implements departmental processes and best practices for team members.
• Ensures that team members possess the necessary tools, knowledge, and skills to fulfill their assigned tasks.
• Responsible for measuring individual and team productivity.
• Conducts ongoing career development and performance evaluations for team members, in addition to the annual performance review process.
• Manages the prioritized 12-month product roadmap and associated feature-level backlog.
• Aligns the team to deliver high-value business outcomes.
• Researches and identifies emerging market and technology trends to shape the market roadmap and encourage innovation and differentiation.
• Utilizes data to validate roadmap prioritization and proposed solution developments.
• Ensures we are addressing the correct problems and that these problems merit solving.
• Cultivates extensive business domain knowledge and user/client expertise to uncover product and market opportunities.
• Employs AI-assisted tools and techniques throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including discovery, research synthesis, opportunity sizing, roadmap planning, prototyping, and delivery to enhance product quality and accelerate value delivery.
• Leads AI-informed product discovery by collaborating with stakeholders to pinpoint high-value use cases, validate customer challenges, and evaluate the feasibility, risk, and impact of AI-powered solutions.
• Works with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment with transparent strategic long-term roadmaps and the successful delivery of aligned product outcomes.
• Bachelor’s Degree in technology, business, liberal arts, science, or engineering.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management, including ownership of a product roadmap and driving Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities, coupled with a keen attention to detail.
• Business acumen to spot opportunities, facilitate strategic planning, and leverage data and storytelling to influence outcomes.
• Capability to balance immediate needs with long-term strategic objectives.
• Excellent relationship-building skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders and scrum team members.
• Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written) across all organizational levels.
• Experience in overseeing all or some phases of the product development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in an agile team environment.
• Prior experience in Risk Management is strongly preferred.
