This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +30 more states.
β’ We are seeking a strategic and systems-focused Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development of our integrated experiences.
β’ Determine the most important elements: the appropriate workflows, target customers, and essential capabilities, then collaborate with cross-functional teams to actualize these in our integrated platform.
β’ Serve as the essential link between growth, pricing, platform, and customer experience, ensuring that the most vital user workflows are well-defined, competitive in the marketplace, and scalable across various customer segments.
β’ Build a team of intelligent, creative individuals who thrive on solving complex problems. We prioritize curiosity over ego, initiative over waiting for approval, and individuals who genuinely care about delivering exceptional work.
β’ Define and enhance the core workflows that span capabilities and modules, supporting user journeys from start to finish.
β’ Conduct competitive analysis and market research to establish benchmarks for workflows, offerings, and pricing strategies.
β’ Work in tandem with your Program Management and Engineering colleagues to align plans with application structure and product tiering.
β’ Identify our target customer segments and ensure that the product meets their changing needs through validated research.
β’ Develop frameworks that connect capabilities to business outcomes across different user types and pricing tiers.
β’ Collaborate with platform and data teams to guarantee that the technical infrastructure aligns with product usability and integration objectives.
β’ Partner with design and research teams to assess workflow efficiency, feature discoverability, and overall product cohesion.
β’ Convert architecture and backend capabilities into intuitive, unified application experiences for our clients.
β’ Guide design for multi-product integration, showcasing strong UI/UX instincts and a customer-focused perspective.
β’ Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for product engagement, activation, and success across application workflows.
β’ Validate decisions through a combination of user research, analytics, and iterative prototyping.
β’ Identify opportunities for growth moments and self-service upgrades directly within the application.
β’ Act as a strategic partner to product, platform, design, marketing, sales, and engineering teams.
β’ Own and advance the integrated application roadmap to reflect changing business, platform, and customer needs.
β’ Support product planning rituals, sprint scoping, and discovery processes across multiple teams.
β’ Must be eligible to obtain or maintain US Government Security Clearance, with preference given to those holding an active TS Clearance.
β’ Spatial data, AI, data analytics, aerospace.
β’ 4+ years of experience in product management, platform applications, or cross-functional systems.
β’ Proven success in multi-product or integrated experience design.
β’ Familiarity with pricing strategy, self-service SaaS flows, or customer segmentation is preferred.
β’ Strong technical fluency; capable of collaborating closely with engineers and data scientists.
β’ Excellent collaboration, synthesis, and communication skills.
β’ Experience using tools such as Figma, Notion, Jira, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker.
β’ Experience working on government contracts.
β’ Willingness to travel, 30-50% of the time.
