⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of product management experience, preferably in e-commerce, complex marketplace platforms, or data-driven environments.

• A technical background that facilitates comprehension of data systems, integrations, and effective collaboration with engineering and data science teams.

• A systems thinker who can relate upstream decisions (like inventory procurement) to downstream results (such as product performance).

• Enjoys addressing ambiguous challenges and transforming them into clear opportunities through innovative ideas and careful problem-solving.

• Proficient in using data to guide decisions and linking product choices to business results and trade-offs.

• Experience in building or evolving complex systems or integrating with external tools and platforms.

• A strong communicator capable of aligning stakeholders across product, engineering, and business teams.

• A proactive individual with a proven history of delivering measurable results.

• Regularly employs AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline product development workflows.
