This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary internal product owner for the institutional technology stack, which encompasses Salesforce, participant education tools, and referral management systems.
• Maintain and align platform roadmaps with business goals across the retirement and wealth divisions.
• Create and enforce data governance, user provisioning, and access control measures.
• Oversee the platform governance framework, including change management, release cycles, and stakeholder approvals.
• Lead the configuration, customization, and implementation of Salesforce for the Institutional team, focusing on objects, workflows, dashboards, and integrations.
• Design and enhance CRM workflows that facilitate retirement plan relationships, advisor activities, referral events, and pipeline progression.
• Collaborate with plan sponsors and consultants to enhance platform adoption and user engagement.
• Ensure that content is up-to-date, compliant, and supports transitions from retirement savings to wealth management.
• Promote platform adoption among RPCs, wealth advisors, and operations personnel through training, documentation, and support.
• Manage relationships with vendors, including contracts and renewals for the institutional platform portfolio.
• 5–8 years of experience in product/platform management or technology operations, preferably within financial services, wealth management, or retirement sectors.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (admin certification preferred) and the capability to configure the system effectively.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional platform initiatives and driving user adoption.
• Solid understanding of retirement plan ecosystems (recordkeepers, TPAs, plan sponsors) and the dynamics of wealth management referrals.
• Familiarity with participant education or financial wellness platforms.
• Experience in optimizing referral workflows from retirement to wealth channels.
• Background in collaborating with compliance/legal teams on platform content and data governance.
• Exposure to API integrations and data pipelines (engineering background not mandatory).
