Product Manager, Payments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee the roadmap for products and integrations that drive our fiat, payments, and funding processes.

• Collect and prioritize feedback from various stakeholders, including Customers, Customer Support, Risk, Compliance, and Finance.

• Work in collaboration with engineering, design, and data teams to provide solutions that are secure, robust, and compliant.

• Establish clear product requirements and user stories derived from stakeholder needs and technical feasibility.

• Create KPIs and monitor success metrics to ensure tools perform as expected and minimize operational friction.

• Guarantee that product solutions adhere to relevant U.S. regulatory requirements and internal security protocols.

• Relay the roadmap and progress updates to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Keep an eye on emerging payment demands and proactively pinpoint areas for focus.

• Experience in the crypto space is advantageous.

• Background in regulated industries is highly regarded.
