This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of products from inception to completion. Manage a segment of Laravel Cloud from initial idea to launch — including discovery, prioritization, and delivery — and develop an unparalleled understanding of it within the company.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team. Together, define the project scope and objectives, articulating the reasons, target audience, and timelines while allowing the team to determine the implementation methods.
• Maintain a strong connection with customers. Engage in regular conversations with clients — through enterprise calls, community feedback, and direct interviews — and let these insights guide your prioritization efforts.
• Focus on data-driven results. Recognize that “we shipped it” is not the endpoint — user adoption is crucial. Monitor how features are utilized and adjust priorities based on the insights gathered from the data.
• Serve as the integrative force. Prepare marketing and sales teams prior to product launches and ensure a cohesive experience, making your area feel unified rather than merely complete.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in product management or a related technical position.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in bringing technical products from concept to launch (0 to 1, from ideation to execution).
• Proven experience in developing or launching infrastructure products or technologies — including computing, databases, storage, networking, file systems, or other software infrastructure.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, platform-as-a-service, or developer-tools products.
• Knowledge of Laravel, PHP, or contemporary web application development practices.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work closely with engineering to define project scope in a fast-paced, asynchronous environment.
• A background in software development or engineering is preferred.
• Fully remote, globally distributed team
• Option to attend Laracon conferences worldwide
• Paid time off (including vacation, sick leave, and public holidays)
• Family leave (maternity and paternity)
• Company equity
• Access to high-quality training tools to empower you to perform at your best.
• Welcome kit featuring custom Laravel merchandise
