This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with product leadership to transform strategic visions into tangible features, while considering user needs, business objectives, and technical limitations.

• Lead the discovery process through customer interviews, market analysis, and data synthesis to pinpoint the most impactful opportunities.

• Establish clear and well-defined requirements for intricate platform functionalities, including dashboards, query builders, alert workflows, report scheduling, and data visualization interfaces.

• Assess LLM-powered features in collaboration with engineering and research teams, providing input on quality standards and product choices.

• Work alongside Design and Engineering leaders during agile sprints to ensure alignment and facilitate prompt decision-making.

• Advocate for user-friendly and simplified experiences that can handle significant information density.

• Conduct product reviews and roadmap planning sessions; disseminate customer insights across the organization.

• Collaborate with the Go-To-Market (GTM) team to assist in pricing, packaging, and market entry strategies.

• Contribute to the overall product strategy across Pendulum’s comprehensive suite of customer-oriented products.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of one previous PM internship or a role adjacent to product management.

• Over 2 years of engineering experience at a leading tech company.

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in business, computer science, or a related discipline.

• Strong academic performance.

• Demonstrated ability to work swiftly and deliver results by clarifying ambiguity into defined priorities, drafting precise requirements, and maintaining alignment and progress among cross-functional teams.
