Product Manager – Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Establish the product vision and roadmap for Flare's integration with customers' existing security frameworks.

• Collaborate closely with partners and customers to gain insights into their requirements.

• Work alongside engineering teams to convert business priorities into delivered integrations.

• Contribute to the development of Flare's evolving MCP (Model Context Protocol) strategy as AI-driven integrations become increasingly integral to the ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing a technology marketplace, partner program, or integration ecosystem.

• Strong business insight: you focus on adoption, revenue impact, and partner economics, rather than solely on feature delivery.

• Knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, or ITDR platforms and their operational use by security teams; familiarity with tools like Sentinel, Splunk, or similar platforms is highly advantageous.

• Proficiency in API and integration concepts, including emerging standards like MCP (Model Context Protocol); while coding skills are not necessary, you should be able to engage in technical discussions.

• Skills in Product Management and strategic planning, including the ability to develop product roadmaps and influence others without direct authority.

• Strong relationship-building capabilities with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
