This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take responsibility for the product roadmap focused on AI-enhanced transaction functionalities. Define, prioritize, and arrange features that introduce intelligence into Lone Wolf’s transaction management processes. Convert customer requirements and technical feasibilities into a roadmap that balances immediate impact with long-term platform benefits.
• Conduct customer discovery. Collaborate directly with brokerages, agents, and transaction coordinators to gain insights into their document management, compliance handling, and error resolution processes. Identify the most valuable opportunities for AI to minimize friction and risk.
• Launch and refine. Collaborate with AI engineering teams to transition capabilities from prototype stages to validated products. Draft specifications, establish success metrics, conduct pilot programs, and iterate based on actual usage data rather than assumptions.
• Oversee the build-measure-learn cycle. Design experiments to confirm product-market fit for new AI features. Monitor adoption, evaluate impact, and utilize data to guide future development.
• Collaborate across the organization. Work closely with Lone Wolf’s existing product and engineering teams, especially those responsible for transaction management, forms, and e-signatures, to ensure that innovation efforts integrate smoothly and enhance their roadmaps. Foster trust and proactively share insights.
• Grasp the compliance landscape. Real estate transactions involve regulated documents, financial information, and legal responsibilities. Acquire a deep understanding of the compliance requirements that influence brokerage operations to ensure AI capabilities enhance compliance rather than introduce risk.
• Advocate for the customer within Innovation. Serve as the representative voice of the broker, agent, and transaction coordinator. Ensure that our solutions address genuine issues and are integrated into actual workflows.
• Experience in product management. A minimum of 4 years in product management or related roles, with a track record of owning a product area from start to finish. You have authored specifications, prioritized backlogs, delivered features, and assessed outcomes.
• Experience in 0-to-1 or early-stage development. You have successfully created something new—whether at a startup, an incubation team, or launching a new product line within a larger organization. You are adept at navigating ambiguity and identifying signals in the absence of a predefined playbook.
• Technical understanding. While you don’t need to create ML models, you should have a solid grasp of AI's current capabilities and limitations—especially in document comprehension, natural language processing, and workflow automation. You can engage in credible technical discussions with engineers and translate capabilities into product requirements.
• Customer-centric mindset. You thrive on customer interactions. You can conduct discovery interviews, synthesize feedback patterns, and convert insights into product strategies. Experience with enterprise SaaS clients is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills. You establish success metrics prior to development and evaluate outcomes post-launch. You are comfortable with data analysis and leverage quantitative insights to guide decision-making.
• Cross-functional teamwork. You have effectively collaborated with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams. You build trust rapidly and understand how to work with peer teams whose activities relate to yours.
• Excellent communication skills. You can draft clear specifications, present roadmaps to leadership, and articulate complex capabilities to a non-technical audience. You prefer written communication and thorough documentation.
