This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of daily backlog management and sprint coordination for designated workstreams, ensuring that engineering always has a clear and prioritized queue of well-defined issues with acceptance criteria β preventing any ambiguity in shipments and avoiding delays due to product dependencies.
β’ Combine insights from beta customers, partners, and internal stakeholders into actionable, well-defined issues that link user challenges to product modifications. Elevate architectural or strategic queries to the Senior PM with context, rather than just questions.
β’ Facilitate standups, refinements, and implementation syncs across Engineering, Design, Support, and Go-to-Market teams β delivering clear outcomes and designated owners from each meeting to maintain momentum without relying on follow-up threads.
β’ Conduct product acceptance testing in collaboration with QA prior to releases, ensuring the delivered product aligns with specifications and meets customer needs.
β’ Create and uphold product specifications, business rules, user flows, and use cases that act as the definitive source for features in development β in addition to contributing to release notes and internal enablement resources that keep the organization informed.
β’ Assist in managing external beta programs and partner relationships, turning feedback loops into prioritized actions so early adopters see their contributions reflected in the product.
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally to guarantee seamless product launches β ensuring that the appropriate teams have the right context at the right time, preventing any surprises for Support or Sales on release day.
β’ 2β5 years of experience in product management or closely related fields (such as technical PM, solutions engineering, product operations, or technical program management) within a SaaS environment.
β’ Familiarity with technical concepts: APIs, OAuth, webhooks, data pipelines, or similar technologies. While coding skills are not necessary, the ability to read engineering tickets and comprehend the development process is essential.
β’ Practical experience utilizing AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT) to create coded prototypes, automate workflows, or enhance internal skills and processes. You donβt need to be an engineer, but you should leverage AI to amplify your capabilities.
β’ Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks and managing a product backlog effectively.
β’ Exceptional written communication skills β able to draft clear specifications, concise status updates, and customer-facing release notes with minimal revisions.
β’ Proven capability to independently facilitate meetings, synthesize diverse inputs, and drive decisions.
β’ Analytical and data-driven β employing evidence (such as customer feedback, usage data, and support trends) to guide prioritization rather than relying solely on intuition.
β’ Comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing priorities while maintaining focus on business outcomes.
β’ A dynamic, rapidly growing company, focused on helping organizations thrive.
β’ Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance (for full-time employees).
β’ Competitive & Fair Pay.
β’ Maternity & paternity leave (for full-time employees).
β’ Short & long-term disability.
β’ Opportunity to learn from a dedicated leadership team.
β’ Top-of-the-line company swag.
