Product Manager – Hands-on, Execution

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of product areas from initial discovery to delivery and ongoing iterations.

• Directly engage in product development utilizing contemporary tools and AI-driven workflows.

• Work collaboratively with Engineers and Designers within small, empowered teams.

• Transform customer challenges into tangible solutions that are shipped, rather than merely documented.

• Propel rapid experimentation, validation, and iterative processes.

• Make informed product decisions by balancing speed, quality, and overall impact.

• Continuously adjust product scope based on actual usage and feedback.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a track record of successfully launching real products.

• A strong builder mindset: you are adept at being hands-on with the product.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.

• Proficiency in utilizing modern tools, including AI, to enhance product development.

• Strong product judgment combined with user-centric thinking.

• Effective communication skills and a proactive approach.

• Eagerness to collaborate closely with Engineers who anticipate PMs to contribute to building.

• Nice to Have: Experience in startup environments or rapidly growing product teams.

• Technical fluency (you don’t need to be an engineer, but you are capable of building).

• Familiarity with modern product discovery and experimentation methodologies.

• Background in design, engineering, or data-related fields.

• Experience with AI-powered or developer-focused products.
