Product Manager, Handpiece, Small Equipment & Rotary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• This role is accountable for the strategy, roadmap, and detailed technical feature definition for one or more products.

• Acts as both a business and technical manager for the designated product(s), overseeing product planning and execution throughout its lifecycle.

• This position will engage with various functional areas to manage and support all stages of marketing and product development for projects, including sourcing, pricing, sales, marketing, packaging, performance management, product specifications, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.

• Ensures that the product(s) align with the company’s overarching strategy and objectives.

• Serves as a liaison among different functional groups, particularly between development, marketing, sales, and support.

• Conducts market research and analyzes the competitive landscape to establish a product vision that offers significant long-term benefits for the target customers of the assigned products as well as the company.

• The role encompasses being a technical authority on the product(s) while also possessing a strong understanding of the business drivers and customer success factors related to the assigned products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires 3 to 5 or more years of progressively responsible professional experience.

• Must demonstrate proficiency in project management knowledge and skills.

• Must be skilled in the Microsoft Office suite.

• Experience in product development, project management, sourcing, and vendor negotiations is essential.

• Excellent public presentation skills for both internal and customer-facing interactions are required.

• Capability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams is necessary.

• Familiarity with Medical Device Regulations is preferred.

• A technical background in product development is advantageous.

• Understanding of the Dental market, including the business aspects of dentistry, is preferred.
