• You take charge of the entire product lifecycle in the Customer Success domain, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership — from discovery and ideation to prioritization, implementation, and ongoing enhancement.
• You evaluate product performance and key metrics to ensure that objectives are achieved.
• You are accountable for providing an exceptional customer experience and delivering genuine value.
• You articulate requirements, compose clear user stories, and further refine the roadmap for your area.
• A completed degree in engineering, business, software development, marketing, data/analytics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software product management with complex web technologies — preferably in customer-facing settings such as marketplaces, e-commerce, B2B platforms, or other digital platform models.
• A solid grasp of funnel analysis, automation, customer-centric optimizations, and system integrations.
• Excellent analytical capabilities with at least 2 years of experience using data analysis tools like SQL, Excel, data visualization/transformation, pivot tables, or similar solutions.
• A basic technical comprehension and an interest in modern technologies and AI-supported workflows are advantageous.
• Proficient communication skills in both German and English — in writing and speaking.
• A self-sufficient, pragmatic, and solution-focused work style coupled with a high level of initiative.
