This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take full ownership of the product’s management regarding funnel volume and velocity from start to finish: establish the key metrics at each stage, implement them, and drive the numbers.
• Maintain a continuous cycle of experimentation alongside your engineering and growth marketing colleagues: formulate hypotheses, conduct tests, gather qualitative insights, deliver iterations, and repeat the process.
• Make informed prioritization decisions regarding which experiments are valuable to pursue, which should be sustained, and which ought to be discontinued.
• Collaborate across the organization to transform usage signals into product enhancements and strategic interventions.
• Work in conjunction with the core product team to ensure that growth initiatives and platform developments support rather than conflict with each other.
• Identify opportunities from a diverse array of sources: usage analytics, customer feedback, insights from internal stakeholders, and the larger sustainability context.
• Cultivate a team culture centered around experimentation, speed, and intellectual honesty about what strategies are effective.
• 5–8 years of experience in Product Management within B2B SaaS, with significant involvement in growth, lifecycle, or full-funnel product initiatives.
• Proven track record of owning key product metrics. You should be able to detail a funnel you improved and the exact methods you employed.
• A history of rapidly deploying experiments and analyzing results with integrity.
• Strong analytical skills: proficient in SQL, familiar with experimentation methodologies, and capable of questioning flawed analyses.
• Experience with technical or data-intensive products.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams: effectively working with engineering, sales, customer success, operational teams, and senior leadership.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with empathy and active listening abilities.
• A background in sustainability, supply chain, food systems, or climate technology is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Competitive compensation packages, inclusive of health benefits, 401k, and generous leave policies.
• Remote-first work environment with available office locations in Upstate New York (Stone Ridge) and Brooklyn.
• A flexible and relaxed yet dynamic work atmosphere.
