• Take charge of the roadmap for Fulfillment & Delivery, which includes prescription writing and approval workflows, order creation and combination logic, pharmacy and carrier integrations, along with the tools that support Hone’s pharmacy technology and operations teams.
• Ensure end-to-end reliability of medication delivery by defining metrics, enhancing visibility, and collaborating with pharmacy operations, clinical operations, engineering, and finance to guarantee that every patient receives their medication promptly and consistently.
• Collaborate with engineering to design, specify, and implement dependable integrations with DoseSpot, pharmacies, supplement vendors, and shipping carriers.
• Establish and monitor KPIs such as first-fill and refill on-time delivery rates, time to first fill, order failure and error rates, as well as manual operational hours.
• Discover and prioritize chances to automate manual fulfillment workflows.
• Evaluate the success of launched features and create data-driven solutions for enhancements.
• A minimum of 4 years of product management experience, preferably as a PM closely collaborating with backend systems, third-party integrations, and operational teams.
• Strong technical proficiency – capable of reading API documentation, writing integration specifications, and working closely with engineers on architectural decisions.
• Experience in launching products related to fulfillment, supply chain, pharmacy, or logistics; experience in healthcare or DTC pharmacy is preferred.
• Proven track record of managing operational reliability metrics from start to finish.
• An analytical mindset with a strong ability to utilize data to inform product decisions and assess success.
