Product Manager, Fluency Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the product management process for Fluency Align and Fluency Direct.

• Establish and convey product roadmaps, set priorities, and manage trade-offs.

• Convert customer and business requirements into actionable specifications.

• Collaborate with product owner(s) and engineering teams during sprint planning, ensuring readiness for releases and achieving delivery outcomes.

• Assist commercial teams by providing product knowledge, conducting demos, and clarifying the roadmap.

• Monitor and report on product performance, adoption rates, and overall impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution AND a minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, healthcare technology, or clinical documentation solutions, OR an Associate degree AND at least 9 years of pertinent professional experience.

• Familiarity with speech recognition, ambient documentation, or clinical workflow technologies.

• In-depth knowledge of healthcare documentation, provider workflows, or revenue cycle operations.

• Experience collaborating with Agile development teams and implementing contemporary product practices.

• Capability to interpret intricate technical ideas into clear business and user advantages.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Demonstrated success in prioritizing tasks effectively within complex, matrixed environments.
