• Oversee the successful development of products within the flow cytometry instrument portfolio, from initial concept to launch and commercialization.
• Establish and implement a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with company objectives and BioAnalytics growth priorities.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure products address customer needs and achieve robust business results.
• Utilize in-depth customer workflow insights, market research, and competitive intelligence to pinpoint unmet needs and growth opportunities, especially in high-throughput screening applications.
• Create compelling business cases to support investment decisions and secure stakeholder alignment.
• Act as the primary advocate for your product portfolio both internally and externally, engaging with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and representing Sartorius within the scientific community.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to ensure successful product launches, market adoption, and effective lifecycle management.
• Continuously refine portfolio strategy to adapt to changing customer needs, workflows, and emerging technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of professional experience in the Life Science industry, including a minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing or commercial role (e.g., sales, field applications, or within a pharmaceutical environment).
• Proven experience in instrument product management, ideally within high-throughput screening or flow cytometry.
• Familiarity with drug discovery and/or clinical research workflows.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for product development, customer engagement, and market initiatives.
