Product Manager – Finance Super App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Take charge of product areas related to insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, or other financial services.

• Identify user challenges, determine product scope, establish success metrics, and create roadmap and launch strategies.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.

• Simplify complex financial products into easy-to-navigate customer journeys.

• Utilize data, feedback, research, and production challenges to enhance product decisions.

• Release features, track performance, and drive iterative improvements.

• Balance trade-offs between speed, user experience, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator, or in a comparable role.

• Strong product intuition and capability to streamline complex workflows.

• Proficient in collaborating with engineers and designers to deliver tangible products.

• Comfortable working with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and learning post-launch.

• Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.

• High level of ownership and the ability to drive initiatives with minimal supervision.

• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer applications, or high-growth products is a significant advantage.
