Product Manager – Finance Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of a product area from initial discovery and roadmap creation to launch, user adoption, and ongoing iterations.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of finance workflows, customer challenges, and operational realities to pinpoint high-value product opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and various cross-functional stakeholders to translate customer and business needs into product specifications and delivered solutions.

• Leverage research, customer insights, and data analysis to prioritize the roadmap and make informed product decisions.

• Propel delivery with urgency and precision, ensuring that the products we develop are valuable, user-friendly, and scalable.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess substantial experience as a Product Manager or in a finance-related capacity where you have developed, launched, or significantly enhanced products, systems, or workflows.

• You demonstrate a robust understanding of finance, accounting, spend management, or related operational processes.

• You can showcase a builder mindset through products, tools, systems, or projects you have personally or professionally developed.

• You are adept at cross-functional collaboration and can effectively translate complex business requirements into clear product strategies.

• You are proficient in both written and spoken English.
