This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

• Act as the enterprise Technical Program Manager for risk, compliance, and regulatory initiatives.

• Take ownership of risk and regulatory projects that affect multiple products and technical frameworks.

• Define and oversee cross-organizational scope, timelines, and priorities.

• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Information Security, and Product teams to ensure alignment on requirements.

• Facilitate cross-organizational product development efforts.

• Ensure that teams comprehend regulatory requirements and develop compliant solutions.

• Evaluate the effects of new and evolving regulations on products and platforms.

• Establish a framework that guarantees products fulfill risk and compliance expectations.

• Over 7 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager in an Agile setting.

• Profound understanding of data, platforms, and analytics.

• Competence in gathering relevant information, identifying patterns across teams, and driving uniform standards.

• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization with numerous partners.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proven experience in influencing engineering teams regarding requirements, architectural expectations, and scalable delivery.

• Strong sense of ownership; capable of managing cross-team dependencies and ensuring commitments are met.

• Practical experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other workflow management tools.

• Experience collaborating with global teams across various time zones.

• Preferred experience in data governance, information security, and risk management.

• Background in working with regulatory frameworks or compliance programs.
