• Take ownership of the engagement roadmap, which includes the app's home page, AI features, messaging, and medication adherence.
• Establish and monitor engagement KPIs, such as Monthly Active Users (MAU), AI engagement and satisfaction, as well as medication adherence metrics.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gain insights into why patients return to the app and identify areas where recurring experiences may not meet expectations.
• Work collaboratively with our design, engineering, and clinical teams to implement enhancements that encourage habitual usage.
• Collaborate with our AI team to improve the patient-facing AI experience, including entry points, suggested prompts, custom widgets, and memory features.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of launched features and create data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.
• Minimum of 3 years of product management experience in a dynamic, high-growth setting.
• Proven track record in developing top-tier consumer applications with an emphasis on engagement, retention, and habitual use.
• Experience in launching AI-powered consumer features is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to leverage data for product decision-making and success measurement.
• Motivated self-starter who proactively seeks opportunities to enhance the product and user experience.
• Experience in managing complex cross-functional projects that involve engineering, design, and operational teams.
