Product Manager – E-Mobility, CO2 Premium

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Product strategy: You will create the roadmap for our platform, prioritizing business impact over technical feasibility.

• Conversion & growth: You will pinpoint strategies to generate additional leads, enhance conversion rates, and boost customer satisfaction through a data-driven and pragmatic approach.

• UX & frontend focus: The customer experience will be at the forefront of every decision, from the landing page to the completion of contracts.

• Stakeholder management: You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and the executive team to translate requirements into actionable product decisions.

• Data-driven: Your decisions will be based on KPIs, user data, and market analysis rather than intuition.

• Team coordination: You will oversee frontend and backend developers, providing clear requirements and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

• Pragmatic processes: You will implement structured development processes, featuring clear releases, changelogs, and stakeholder communication, while avoiding unnecessary bureaucracy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Head of Product.

• Proven experience in rapidly growing digital business models, where you have actively scaled products rather than merely supported them.

• A strong focus on KPIs and outcomes rather than just features.

• Ability to execute quickly and pragmatically, even in uncertain situations.

• Strong decision-making abilities in uncertain conditions, with a commitment to your decisions.

• An understanding of business logic, funnel optimization, and growth levers.

• Capability to align both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and development teams.

• A degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration with a tech affinity, or a similar field.

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
