• Develop and take ownership of the digital product strategy for online insurance distribution and customer service
• Convert business objectives into a detailed product roadmap that supports growth, efficiency, and enhances customer experience
• Discover opportunities to broaden digital channels (such as aggregator platforms, direct-to-consumer, and embedded insurance)
• Lead enhancements in quote-to-bind processes, concentrating on optimizing conversion rates (CRO)
• Streamline digital funnels across web, mobile, and partner ecosystems
• Direct experimentation (A/B testing) to consistently enhance acquisition performance
• Design and implement scalable self-service options (policy management, claims initiation, endorsements, renewals)
• Lower cost-to-serve through automation and intelligent workflows
• Improve customer experience through seamless omnichannel interactions
• Establish and monitor KPIs throughout the product lifecycle
• Utilize data to prioritize the backlog and guide product decisions
• Collaborate with data science teams to integrate personalization, pricing insights, and predictive modeling
• Manage the product backlog and work closely with engineering teams using agile delivery methods
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of product features
• Work alongside underwriting, distribution, marketing, operations, and compliance teams
• Align senior stakeholders on roadmap priorities and necessary trade-offs
• Represent the “voice of the customer” in internal discussions
• Ensure all digital journeys adhere to regulatory standards in relevant markets
• Collaborate closely with compliance and risk teams to implement controls within digital processes
• Build and lead a high-performing team of digital product managers
• 5–10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in insurance, fintech, or digital platforms
• Strong background in digital acquisition funnels and/or high-volume transactional products
• Proven ability to deliver customer-facing digital products at scale
• In-depth knowledge of digital distribution models (aggregators, direct, embedded)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to inform decisions
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities
• Experience with insurance products (e.g., personal lines, SME, or specialty lines)
• Understanding of the policy lifecycle (quote, bind, service, claims, renewals)
• Awareness of pricing, underwriting, and regulatory limitations
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
