Product Manager – Design-Led

• 3-5 years of experience delivering products in dynamic startup environments.

• A product manager who thinks like a designer.

• Proficient in full design processes, backed by sound reasoning.

• Experience with data-intensive and trust-critical products.

• Willing to take risks and ship products.

• Sensitive to generic solutions.

• Naturally proactive and agentic.

• An enabler who avoids blocking progress.

• Proven ability to execute and achieve results.
