Product Manager – DeFi Products, Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the product strategy, roadmap, and requirements for one or more DeFi offerings, ensuring a balance between user experience and protocol economics.

• Create and enhance tokenomics and incentive frameworks, including yield models, reward distribution, fee accrual, referral systems, and seasonal/budget structures.

• Spearhead DeFi integrations and partnerships: DEX/AMM listings, collateral use cases in lending markets, restaking integrations, liquidity routing, and LP incentives.

• Manage liquidity and treasury aspects — ensuring peg stability, liquidity depth across various venues, mint/redeem arbitrage, and treasury operations.

• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams regarding token classification, KYC/AML processes, sanctions screening, jurisdictional limitations, and securities exposure.

• Work closely with security and audit teams to address smart contract risks, vault mechanics, custody, incident response, and anti-abuse measures.

• Drive growth initiatives: expanding TVL and volume, acquiring users/creators/stakers, securing CEX listings, and executing go-to-market strategies with ecosystem and business development partners.

• Assist in governance processes — parameter management, DAO/multisig operations, and upgrade workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Deep understanding of DeFi primitives: staking/liquid staking, AMMs and bonding curves, lending markets, yield mechanics, and tokenomics design.

• Proven experience in delivering crypto/DeFi products (as a PM, founder, or in a closely related technical/strategic role).

• Ability to reason through smart contract mechanics, liquidity dynamics, and on-chain incentive structures — while you don’t need to write Solidity, you should communicate effectively with those who do.

• Knowledge of the regulatory landscape surrounding tokens, staking, and payments (including securities, AML, and tax treatment).

• Capacity to balance rapid iteration with the security and risk management that on-chain products require.

• Excellent collaboration skills across engineering, security, legal, growth, and external partnerships.

• Nice to Have

• Experience with restaking, LSTs, or token launch platforms.

• Background in payments, billing/metering, or fintech infrastructure.

• Familiarity with AI/compute infrastructure or decentralized compute economics.

• Existing connections within DeFi protocols, market makers, exchanges, or auditors.
