Product Manager – Data Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Define and enhance the Accelerant Data Platform by collecting stakeholder requirements.

• Discover opportunities to create value through data-driven solutions that improve Risk Exchange efficiency.

• Work collaboratively with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to provide high-quality solutions.

• Create and manage a roadmap for data ingestion and consumption aligned with Outcome and Key Results (OKRs).

• Convey strategy and platform results to various organizational levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager delivering commercial products.

• Familiarity with data-intensive product domains and the application of ML & AI to enhance data value.

• Experience with AI-native productivity and creation tools (e.g., Replit).

• Ability to interpret and understand business requirements while working with technical teams.

• Background in Financial Services and/or the Insurance market, specifically regarding insurer/carrier data delivery.

• Experience in managing engineering teams spread across different geographic locations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
