This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +6 more states.
β’ Assist in the discovery process to pinpoint issues related to data, reporting, and decision-making workflows among internal stakeholders.
β’ Collect and combine qualitative and quantitative inputs (such as stakeholder feedback, system data, and operational metrics) to identify product opportunities.
β’ Aid in recognizing patterns, challenges, and potential areas for improvement across various systems and workflows.
β’ Provide insights to facilitate prioritization and roadmap discussions.
β’ Help validate potential solutions through data analysis and feedback from stakeholders.
β’ Manage the backlog for internal data and system projects, ensuring that work items are thoroughly documented, organized, and current.
β’ Collect and synthesize the necessary inputs for prioritization, which include business value, stakeholder needs, effort, dependencies, and risks.
β’ Ensure that backlog items are well-defined, including clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
β’ Support the prioritization process by preparing materials, highlighting trade-offs, and maintaining transparency regarding competing requests.
β’ Monitor and communicate changes in priorities to maintain alignment across stakeholders and minimize confusion or rework.
β’ Assist in executing product initiatives alongside Engineering, Data, Analytics, and Business Systems teams.
β’ Help translate business requirements into user stories, workflows, and documentation of requirements.
β’ Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies across initiatives to ensure alignment and adherence to schedules.
β’ Actively identify blockers, gaps, or risks, escalating issues as necessary to enable timely resolution.
β’ Support the testing, validation, and deployment of new capabilities to ensure that solutions meet specified requirements.
β’ 1β3 years of experience in a product, operations, analytics, or similar role that involves cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving.
β’ Proven ability to assist in the execution of cross-functional initiatives while effectively managing multiple workstreams and deadlines.
β’ Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, capable of structuring and handling complex information.
β’ Ability to gather, synthesize, and clearly articulate insights from both qualitative and quantitative data.
β’ Comfortable working with data to guide decision-making (e.g., familiarity with analytics tools, basic SQL, or similar).
β’ Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and integrate diverse inputs into problem-solving processes.
β’ Demonstrated ability or interest in comprehending how systems, data, and workflows interconnect within an organization.
β’ Comfortable operating in uncertain environments, with a proactive attitude towards learning and taking initiative.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to simplify complex concepts for varied audiences.
β’ Experience in leveraging AI, automation, or advanced analytics to enhance workflows and decision-making processes.
