Product Manager, Data Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the establishment of a specialized new product and solution portfolio aimed at the North American data center sector and its applications.

• Assist and engage in UL product and safety standardization initiatives and certifications.

• Perform business and market intelligence analysis.

• Facilitate the transfer of technical and application expertise throughout the organization.

• Aid in the growth of the PTD market and support the expansion of the customer base.

• Collaborate closely with global Product Managers, Engineers, Sales, and business development teams.

• Develop market and competitor analyses along with market strategies.

• Establish and maintain the PTD product roadmap.

• Oversee technical documentation for both existing and new products.

• Integrate market and customer analyses into the product lifecycle management.

• Take part in and manage product development initiatives.

• Create sales-focused training and presentation materials.

• Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and similar events.

• Assist Marketing Communications in the design of technical and general content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, accompanied by experience in sales, marketing, and/or project management.

• Familiarity with complex electrical power connectors and/or systems.

• Experience with UL certifications and standards.

• Proficient in Office 365, CRM (e.g., Aurea), and ERP (e.g., SAP).

• Native English speaker or equivalent language proficiency.

• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Outgoing, sales-driven, and internationally experienced individual.

• Ability to work independently, coupled with flexibility, organizational skills, and a confident presence.

• Strong and clear communication abilities.

• Capacity for holistic thinking.

• High commitment level and readiness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%).
