Product Manager, Data & Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the development of an innovative Revenue Growth Management solution featuring advanced AI capabilities.

• Take a key role in managing the technical aspects of initiatives, guiding data engineers, front-end developers, and collaborating with architects.

• Supervise the team as they strive toward the goals of building and evolving tools and processes for data accuracy, robustness, and reliability.

• Develop and scale new functionalities through reusable data products in reporting for Trade Promotional Management and Event Analytics.

• Create a seamless user experience supported by automated dashboards designed for various audiences and power users across multiple business functions.

• Define and implement a continuous improvement approach for dashboards and data models based on insights garnered from testing and user feedback.

• Roll out the new RGM solution across our customer base to maximize joint growth.

• Develop technology-enabled AI products that enhance critical RGM levers and provide new capabilities to the commercial organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems/technology, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Data Analytics is required.

• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and experience working collaboratively with data engineering and reporting development teams.

• Experience in promotion and trade planning, especially with Trade Promotion Management (TPM) data, is a significant advantage.

• At least 3 years of Product Development experience (serving as Product Owner) or over 3 years of experience in CPG RGM (Promotion, Pricing, PPA, trade management).

• Experience with Google Cloud (GCP).

• Strong technical proficiency and quantitative background in delivering data and analytics projects.

• Highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., ceremonies, writing user stories).
