• You will oversee the complete product lifecycle in the Customer Success domain with significant ownership, starting from discovery and ideation, through prioritization and implementation, to ongoing enhancement.
• You will recognize and assess the most critical initiatives by understanding and contextualizing customer challenges, company goals, market trends, and competitive movements.
• You will define requirements, draft clear user stories, and refine the roadmap for your domain.
• You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and internal specialists to address complex challenges, implement innovative ideas, and consistently enhance existing features.
• You will engage regularly with customers through various channels and represent their viewpoints within the organization.
• You will analyze product performance and pertinent metrics to ensure that objectives are achieved.
• In close partnership with Marketing, Sales, and other Product teams, you will ensure the implementation of appropriate initiatives, facilitate successful product launches, and align all relevant teams in their efforts.
• A degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science/Software Development, Marketing, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software product management and with complex web technologies—preferably in customer-facing settings such as marketplaces, e-commerce, B2B platforms, or other digital platform models.
• A strong understanding of funnel analysis, automation, customer-centric optimizations, and system integrations.
• Excellent analytical skills with at least 2 years of experience using data analysis tools, such as SQL, Excel, data visualization/transformation tools, pivot tables, or equivalent solutions.
• A basic technical understanding and a keen interest in modern technologies and AI-supported workflows are advantageous.
• Outstanding communication skills in both German and English, written and verbal.
• A passion for complex digital products and for modernizing a traditional industry.
• An independent, pragmatic, and solution-focused working style with a high degree of personal initiative.
• A preference for a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and a readiness to critically assess existing processes.
