Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Establish the product vision: cultivate a comprehensive understanding of competitors, customers, and how Skylight can assist families. Leverage this knowledge and your creativity to suggest and validate innovative products.

• Manage the product roadmap: outline the roadmap and develop features that enhance customer experience and influence KPIs. You will prioritize features with precision and define a minimum lovable product to ensure timely delivery.

• Collaborate across functions: engage with engineering, design, and marketing teams to successfully launch these features, ensuring smooth rollouts and high adoption rates.

• Set and evaluate progress diligently: you will establish KPIs, track performance, and analyze data to gain in-depth insights into our users and the effects of your product initiatives. Your findings will guide future enhancements and align the team with your strategic vision.

• You possess 5-10 years of pertinent experience.

• You have a successful history of developing and managing impactful software products.

• You are full of ideas, opinions, and potential products.

• You excel at uncovering novel insights and have a strong intuition.

• You are perpetually curious and stay at the forefront of product development in the AI era.

• You are adept at working independently, identifying ambiguities, and suggesting effective solutions.

• You are proficient in data analytics and adopt a data-driven approach to product development.

• You are an outstanding communicator who can distill complex concepts into simpler terms.
